Individuals who currently hold another occupation and who want to take an insurance qualification course or register for an insurance exam are encouraged to read the notice.
By way of Ministerial Directive 01/11, the AIC has the delegated authority to interpret sections of the Insurance Act as they relate to insurance agents, brokers, and independent adjusters in the Province of Alberta.
This Notice to the Profession & Public – Voluntary Undertaking Agreement is intended for all license holders in Alberta and outlines the details for entering a Voluntary Undertaking Agreement with AIC.
